BlackBerry's been on a roll in recent months, with the launch of the Bold , new Curve 8900 and Storm all taking up thousands of column inches here at T3 alone. The launch of the BlackBerry Javelin will be no different, set to launch at the end of December, 2008.
We've said nary a leaked photo of the Javelin, however it's due to be officially confirmed by BlackBerry this afternoon. It will be exclusive to The Carphone Warehouse according to our inside source at BlackBerry, and will be "the smallest of both the Curve and the Bold", and will boast "the sharpest screen, for brighter, crisper icons".
It will also feature a dedicated lock button, for locking all the keys when not in use. As you can see from the picture in the gallery, it will contain the new 3D icons, as first seen in the Bold, plus a very similar keypad. Exact pricing and the launch date is yet to be confirmed, although we've been assured it will be late December for the UK market.
