Carphone Warehouse offers PAYG BlackBerry 8110 and 8120

 
A BlackBerry without a long contract? Certainly is - with the Carphone Warehouse offering the BlackBerry 8110 and 8120 without the handcuffs, but with an attractive data deal. The BlackBerry 8110 (aka the Pearl) is one of BlackBerry's more compact smartphones, which means a more compact 'half QWERTY' keyboard that regular users will probably hate. Try before you buy is the motto here. Aside from that, there's built-in GPS, a camera, 64MB of internal memory and a card slot. The 8120 is available in pink only, but does compensate by throwing in Wi-Fi, longer talk time and a travel charger. We're guessing that's not enough to sway you. Nothing to get excited about there (the Pearl must be a couple of years old new), but the deal on offer just might be. £5 a month gets you unlimited access to a chosen email account, as well as access to MySpace and Facebook via custom apps and up to 50MB of web browsing on the Orange network.
