Medion is once again stalking the supermarket shelves, with the Akoya 8610 notebook offering big-screen Blu-ray for a seriously tempting price. The 18.4-inch 1680 x 945 display isn't quite up to full HD, but with the aid of your HD-ready TV and a HDMI cable, you can still enjoy your high-def flicks in all their glory.
