Nokia Reportedly Seeking Partners For Netbook Mfg

Nokia (NOK) is holding talks with Taiwan notebook makers and contract electronic manufacturers on its plans for potentially entering the netbook market, DigiTimes reports , citing sources at Taiwan notebook manufacturers. Nokia CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo earlier this week was quoted as saying the cell phone maker is considering entering the laptop business. According to DigiTimes, the leading potential partners for Nokia are Compal and Foxconn .
