If your musical tastes are slightly more high brow than this week's R&B sensation, happy hardcore or the latest X Factor winner, you might just appreciate the newly-introduced Bach iPod.
The clue is in the name - this is an iPod Classic full of classics, specifically the work of J.S. Bach. 175 hours of the stuff, pre-loaded in 128KB AAC format and previously released over 172 CDs to mark the 250th anniversary of Bach's death. And just in case you're worried about the Apple screen of death, all the music is also sent on 3 back-up DVDs, so your investment should be safe.
Aside from that, this is your regular 120GB iPod Classic. And if you're a Bach fan, it's actually something of a bargain. The whole collection originally retailed for £1,000, but the Bach iPod sells for 'just' £499. And even with all those classics pre-loaded, there's still 63GB of space free for a few party classics. Well, you can't be serious all the time.
