Toshiba announces P10 camcorder

In addition to unsheathing the S10 camcorder , Toshiba today also announced three other models in the Camileo range – the P10, P30 and H20.   Starting with the pistol-grip P10, it’s very similar to the S10 in terms of specifications, offering full 1080p resolution recording, a 4x digital zoom and 2.5” LCD screen. An SD card slot for up to 32GB cards will store up to eight hours of footage, or photos taken with the 5.0-megapixel sensor. The Night Mode is an added bonus, which will capture photos and video in low-light conditions, and you can hook it up to a HD TV via the HDMI port. Out in May, the P10 will retail for £99.99.   Two other 1080p camcorders, the P30 and H20, join the P10 and S10 as being the first models in the Camileo range to ship with YouTube upload software – licensed, of course.   The H20 is barrel-shaped with a 5x optical and 4x digital zoom, and a 3-inch TFT LCD screen.
