The most obviously difference to the first-gen Android is size - with a tap of HTC's wand, the Google phone loses all of that QWERTY bulk, transforming itself into a leaner, meaner mobile complete with 3.2-inch QVGA touchscreen, trackball and dedicated navigation buttons. Same phone, less weight. Now that really is Magic.
