It's compatible with XP and Vista, but no word on how well it'll jibe with Linux. It looks to be on sale now in Japan for ￥9,980 (US $100), and if you're needing some more intimate shots, Akihabara's got a hands-on with it.

The dock is just over 10″ wide and about 7.5″ long, so it’ll go best with 10″ netbooks. The product site also states that the dock requires Windows XP/Vista.
The Century 3-in-1 dock sells for ¥9,980 ($101.40 USD). You can order one at Century’s online shop, although I think it’s Japan-only at the moment.

The Century 3-in-1 USB Netbook Dock is Japan only for now, but I am sure they will be stateside before too long.
