Oh yeah, and interestingly, it's Verizon Wireless that shows up in the video adding mild credence to some rumors that they might have a temporary window of exclusivity with the new OS. I’m guessing that NDA was used because the “test devices” were Motorola Droid and THAT was what should have been kept hush hush.

Needless to say, we're extremely excited about the changes Google's made here -- and on top of the Droid, we can only hope this action is coming to legacy devices on the double. We'll find out soon enough (hopefully).

This is just a short taster of what Android 2.0 heralds, and it’s still not clear when it’ll filter through into the market, but we may well find out in just a few days.
