Sleeker Acer Aspire One model surfaces

... Aspire One range. The image above shows a sleeker 10-inch Aspire One that will be sold alongside the current model. The exact specs are unknown at the moment but the source says it could be an SSD only model with OS options of either Windows or Linux. The SD expansion slot has returned and the aerodynamic shaped metallic hinge to make it sleek. The hinge design is now taken by the VGA and Ethernet port on both sides.

Images of a new Acer Aspire One netbook have emerged, with a slimmer chassis than the recent 10-inch D150 version. The as-yet unannounced netbook also has the SD memory expansion slot which disappeared in the transition from 8.9-inch to 10-inches, and that plus the reduced heft suggests that what we see here is the SSD version.
