Apple iPhone 3G takes world percentage to 1.1 percent
Phones Review —
... iPhone 3G, as Apple now commands 1.1 percent of the mobile world market.
Now 1.1 percent doesn’t sound a great deal I know, but it’s far better than the 0.3 percent the original Apple iPhone reached in 07.
According to data from ABI Research whose study gives us Apple’s new found 1.1 percent, Nokia is still the big boy with 38.6 percent while following in 2nd place is Samsung with 16.2 percent, and in joint 3rd is LG and Motorola with 8.3 percent.
