AT&T allowing home activations on iPhone again
Boing Boing Gadgets — ... 4PM, and you can even have it delivered overnight to you. It seems like a safe bet for AT&T; at this point: it makes iPhones easier to buy from them as Christmas gift and simplifies the sale process at their end. The only reason they didn't let people do it before now is because they were worried about people unlocking the 3G for other carriers, but the Dev Team still haven't figured out how to do that. AT&T;'s probably out of the woods. iPhone 3G [AT&T; via Crunchgear]
