Samsung muestra en el IFA 2008 pantallas OLED de 14 y 31 pulgadas

No es como una pantalla AMOLED de Sony, pero se le asemeja. En el IFA Samsung ha mostrado dos nuevas pantallas con paneles OLED en vez de usar plasma o LCD.
Estas dos nuevas pantallas tienen un tamaño de 14.1 y de 31 pulgadas, por lo que tenemos un tamaño pequeño para cocinas o habitaciones pequeñas y el tamaño de salón. Pese a que hablamos del OLED o incluso del AMOLED como tecnología para paneles de TV aun no se ven demasiadas, por eso es importante que Samsung muestre dos tamaño, mostrando posibles nuevos modelos de pantallas.

Here’s a blast from the past: Toshiba has dusted off the Libretto name and slapped it onto a 7.2-inch netbook. This Libretto U100 is a limited edition intended to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Toshiba notebook sales, and carries through much of the original Libretto range’s blocky styling. However they’ve also given the U100 Wibro, to bring it right up to date.
Specs on the compact netbook are generally unknown, but it weighs 990g and uses an LED backlight. The special edition is currently on sale at the W Style Shop in Korea.

... line of netbook PC. Aving spotted this 10.2" ultraportable during 'ASUS World 2008' event. The N10 adopts a 10.2-inch LED backlight display, and is powered by Intel's Atom N270 processor. What's more, it offers NVIDIA GeForce 9300GS graphics so that you can try your hand at high-def games on-the-go. The N10 will be available in Korean from this month. Though no word pricing we expect N10 to cost more than Eee PC.

Asus still has not announced just when we can expect to see the non-Eee branded N10 notebook hit the retail market, however that is not stopping the leaks. The most recent leak comes in the form of some official looking leaked documents that highly detail the N10 notebook along with some in-the-wild style images of the notebook from the recent Asus World 2008 conference.

Toshiba ha presentado en Corea su nuevo UMPC que lleva por nombre Toshiba libretto U100 y que cuenta con una pantalla de 7,2 pulgadas la cual cuenta con iluminación LED y que como vemos, es del tamaño, más o menos, de una libreta. Se trata de una edición limitada conmemorativa del 20º aniversario de Toshiba vendiendo ordenadores portátiles y como tal no será precisamente barata.

ASUS’ N10 netbook - the one that most definitely is not an Eee, remember - has been officially announced in Korea. The ultraportable is known to have a 10.2-inch LED backlit display and use Intel’s Atom N270 1.6GHz processor; however thanks to the BGR and a leaked ASUS presentation, we now know the full specs of the two N10 variants the company will be launching in the US.
