... One of these days, we'll do a colossal roundup of budget gaming consoles like Korea's MPGIO My Racer, which has a 320x240 pixel display and plays Adobe Flash lite files. It comes with a subway map, MP3 player and personal info basics. It's 90,000 Won, about $70.
Something like this, able to play real Flash without sputtering, would have a lot of potential in the U.S. if served by a solid application store and sold at a similarly throwaway price.

Almost every few days, a new gaming portable will pop out to match the near-invincible Nintendo DS and Sony PSP. So far, no one comes close in dominating the portable gaming market, not in the near future.
The new contender from Korea is this MF101 or MYRACER that was debuted at the Gstar 2008, the E3 of Korea. With ARM 922T 192Mhz, 2.4 inch QVGA LCD and 1GB built-in memory, it can store around 1000 mobile and flash games. Besides fulfilling its role as a mobile gaming machine, it is also a media player armed with a Korean subway route map.
Priced at 98 000 won ($66).

Sí, es un reproductor, puede reproducir tanto arhcivos de audio como archivos de vídeo, incluso tiene capacidades WiFi para poder navegar por internet. Pero parece que no es precisamente el uso de reproductor lo que Reigncom intenta con este Mintpad, si no una especie de bloc de notas digital. ...

Mintpass have been showing off the 2.86-inch touchscreen PMP/internet tablet, currently on sale in Korea for 199,000 KRW ($132), complete with WiFi b/g, camera and IM functionality.
The brainchild of the founder and former CEO of Reigncom (iRiver’s parent company), the Mintpad measures just 3.08 x 2.51 x 0.60 inches and weighs 3.2oz. It has a 1.3-megapixel camera and 4GB of SSD storage; the display is QVGA resolution.
