The cheapest plan I was offered was the $79 1350 rollover plan and I had to add the $30 Blackberry Plan and the $20 messaging unlimited for a whopping monthly bill of $129 (plus monthly fees). So this deal is only worth it for the heavy talk and text messaging user who is used large monthly cell phone bills. If you try to buy the phone on their site with a less costly rate plan you will be offered a smaller rebate Walmart - Blackberry Bold $199 less $199 rebate = $0

After writing that long a$$ post earlier today about how Verizon would be smart to sell the BlackBerry Storm cheaper than the BlackBerry Bold, this little tidbit showed up in my inbox.
Wal-Mart is offering the AT&T BlackBerry Bold for $199.99 with a $199.99 mail-in rebate. Ther are offering free shipping and the device is in stock.
