The display is a capacitive number, and it's definitely not SurePress, at least in the traditional sense; there's nary a click to be found. In fact, it behaves rather like the iPhone's screen as far as scrolling and even texture of the surface is concerned.

As for the GSM version, contrary to original expectations it will be a counterpart to the new 9550 model rather than the original, more controversial Storm. While there’s no release date for the Verizon handset, the GSM UMTS AT&T Storm 2 could arrive “relatively soon”.
