The little-noticed PS3 2.50 firmware extras
CrunchGear — Like an iceberg, there’s more to the recent 2.50 firmware update for the PS3 than we initially saw. Like how you can now input a Divx VOD Registration Code, which you’ll need if you ever want to watch certain upcoming video-on-demand movies. Other odds and ends include mosquito noise reduction, chrome upsampling and 50Hz video output. Sorta makes you pine for simpler times, U R NOT E and the like, doesn’t it?
