A BT-1 requer como configuração mínima o Mac OS X 10.5 e suporte a Bluetooth 2.0+EDR. Sua bateria deve durar até 4 horas, mas um cabo USB acompanha o produto, facilitando a recarga. Até o momento, não foi comentada a compatibilidade com outras plataformas, mas isso deve ocorrer em breve, oficialmente ou não.
