Amongst the known things, as we can see there’s a camera at the top-left which will be able to record HD videos (presumably at 720p), a touchscreen display and the SoC prowess that will allow HD playback as well as decent gaming. All in all, a fierce competitor for the iPod Touch and Zune HD is in the making.

The Zii will be a touchscreen MP4 media player featuring WiFi and Bluetooth. Perhaps most exciting is the addition of an HD camera and an SD slot. With a developers version, let's just sit back and wait to see what apps will be brought to the table.
With so many iPhone apps, maybe developers will be looking for a less-crowded marketplace when the Zii becomes a reality.
