T-Mobile’s myTouch3G seems to contradict this as it has Android with Exchange AND a Google logo. The folks at Engadget spoke with a Google rep and found out that that rule had never actually existed. They said that any Android phone could have Exchange and still have a Google logo on it.
I personally don’t care about Exchange since I have no real use for it, but some folks need that and that’s why I posted it.

However, engadget mobile is reporting that now it looks like the T-Mobile myTouch 3G has Exchange and the “with Google” logo, so has Google done a u-turn?
