Hewlett Packard lanzó una nueva notebook de que tiene una pantalla LCD de 18.4 pulgadas y el último procesador de Intel Core 2 Duo. La HDX18t viene con 4GB de RAM, 640GB de HDD (usa dos discos de 320GB cada uno), lector de discos Blu-Ray opcional, lector multi-DVD y HDTV opcional.
Además viene con una tarjeta de video Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT con 512MB de VRAM, alcanza una resolución de 1920×1080, tiene cuatro parlantes integrados, lector de huellas digitales, puerto Ethernet, WiFi, cuatro USB, un slot para ExpressCard y lector de tarjetas de memoria (5-en-1) y puerto Firewire.
