HP Mini 2150 with 3G coming June, larger HP netbooks Q2?
SlashGear — ... HP are preparing to announce new netbooks in their HP Mini-note (aka Mini) range, including at least one model with integrated 3G access, according to manufacturing sources.  The 3G model, believed to be called the HP Mini-note 2150, will arrive in June, and be preceded by an enterprise-focused model, the Mini-note 2140, in February.  ...

HP to upgrade Mini 2150 with 3G ... but not until June
Boing Boing Gadgets — ... says it'll produce a 3G-equipped version of the new Mini 2140 netbook in June. The lack thereof presents an irritating conundrum for netbook fans, as the 2140 is otherwise a delicious netbook. The report, from Taiwan's DigiTimes, also indicates that HP is going to make an 11-inch model. The 2140 has a 6-cell battery, a 10.1-inch display and an Atom CPU. It comes with Vista and 2GB of RAM: early reviews suggest a consequent downgrade to XP is wise. HP to add more members to its Mini-note family [DigiTimes via jkkmobile] ...

3G-Equipped HP Mini Note to Ship June
Wired: Gadget Lab — ... may not sound like a big deal, but I personally think it's a feature worth waiting a few months for. Imagine a scenario where you're in dire need for an internet connection but can't find a Wi-Fi hotspot. With a 3G modem you could purchase a one-day pass to browse the web, and presto -- problem solved. And if you don't wish to wait till June for a 3G-equipped netbook, you can always look at other options such as the MSI Wind U120, which is already shipping.
