IntoMobile - Cell Phone News, Information, and Analysis — The HTC S740 (codename: Rose) has just popped up its pretty little head on the FCC website. If you’ll recall, the HTC S740 Rose is the latest HTC Windows Mobile smartphone to extend HTC’s new HTC Touch design aesthetic. But, unlike the HTC Touch Diamond, the HTC S740 Rose forgoes the VGA touchscreen for a hybrid keypad/keyboard slider form-factor. With GPS, WiFi, a 3.2 megapixel camera, and most of the HTC Touch Diamond’s feature-set, the HTC S740 is definitely a nice option for those of you with a need for both a numeric keypad and slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
