Not that we haven't seen laptops with multiple screens before, but this is a ThinkPad, people. You know, an all-business, totally not flashy ThinkPad. Hidden deep within a Lenovo Asia-Pacific hardware announcement is something we'd swear was a prank if it were hosted anywhere other than IBM.com, but it looks like the dual-screen W700 is for real. Reportedly, the machine will feature a 17-inch WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) primary display along with a 10.6-inch WXGA (1,280 x 768) secondary panel. Se trata de un portátil de IBM bajo la marca ThinkPad, bien grande de 17 pulgadas, que incluye una pantalla secundaria de 10 pulgadas vertical. La idea de usarla como pantalla secundaria para mantener la pantalla principal despejada. Sus características técnicas no están nada mal, que digo, es una maldita bestia con lo último en todo.

Lenovo at CES unveiled the high-end, business-oriented ThinkPad W700ds. The upgraded ThinkPad W700ds, though, should draw a lot of attention because of its 17-inch main display and its 10.5-inch secondary display. Lenovo has also provided a more affordable quad processor and increased the maximum amount of RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB. The smaller screen “kind of sits at a 30-degree angle,” according to Samuel.
