This is the first I’ve heard of, or at least recall Lifeworks, but the recently founded company has just signed a licensing deal with iHome and from the looks of it they’re churning out some cool iPod integrated products. I’m particularly fond of the iConnect Media keyboard, which also comes in a Mac specific flavor. Integrated into the keyboard is an iPod dock with media controls and 2 rotating USB ports. It’s not exactly ground breaking, but it certainly does look svelte and sexy. iHome sparks up its trendy product line for Apple Products

iHome is home to some real cool gadgets dedicated to integrating the Apple products like the iPhone and the iPod and with Apple constantly capturing the market with some top-notch releases, iHome too wants to keep improving with useful launches. The expansion comes after iHome signing a licensing agreement with LifeWorks Technology Group. The new range includes the iStand Notebook Media Bundle with an embedded dock for the iPhone and the iPod and it retails at $299. Another offering is the iConnect Media Keyboard which demands $149.99.

iHome’s new iConnect USB keyboard makes it easier for iPhone and iPod owners to connect their devices with their computers with its dedicated dock.
That’s the Mac version. As you can see the iConnect also has the requisite multimedia control keys. It also has a couple of USB ports – but since the keyboard connects via USB you’re really only gaining an extra port – and dedicated buttons to launch certain Mac apps such as iTunes, Mail and Safari.
