Atom chips still in short supply
SlashGear — ... the production hold up has nothing to do with Intel’s inability to get their hands on enough resources or produce the chips fast enough. Rather, a delay occurs once the chips enter the testing phase. Intel has been reserving a lot of their testing resources for their Core processors which are more profitable.
