Phones Review —
... iPhone? Well according to 9to5mac, there are no public documents confirming the length of exclusivity, with rumoured data of two to five years, but if there is no real confirmed length who knows, maybe AT&T could lose their exclusive right tomorrow.
With job applications for EVDO and CDMA engineers on the Apple iPhone job board along with Apple bending their rules to allow the unlocking of their Apple iPhone 3G in Hong Kong, anything is possible.

Apple, of course, is staying mum on the matter (representatives weren't immediately available to answer our questions), but here are five reasons for some healthy skepticism about this latest scuttlebutt: 1. It's been reported before. Yessir, this isn't the first time we've heard about an iPhone-Verizon deal. Apple iPhone going CDMA for Verizon Wireless?
Phones Review —
... CDMA innards to fit Verizon’s network.
Apparently the rumour emanates from a Verizon insider who is close to Verizon’s corporate deals concerning Apple and the Apple iPhone.
If this rumour is true then it looks like AT&T will be losing their exclusivity with the Apple iPhone and will open up the CDMA network for penetration by the Apple iPhone 3G, and may well signal the release of the Apple iPhone to other GSM networks such as T-Mobile USA.
