Joost Video Streaming iPhone App Makes Us Dream of Hulu [IPhone Apps]
Gizmodo —
... It's kind of crashy, could use a better navigation UI and takes too long for movie streams to get going (and then when they do it's kind of finicky) but we definitely appreciate being to stream The Fifth Element over Wi-Fi in decent quality, when it actually gets going. More than anything though, it just makes us soak our pillow with even more drool dreaming of a Hulu app. [iTunes via ...
Joost Arrives On The iPhone
Gadgetreview —

I can hardly get a video playing and when I due it jumps around, drops sound or all together crashes.
So why even talk about the Joost app for the iPhone if it sucks so much? Simply because it ...

iPhonic —
... Popular online video service Joost is now available as a standalone application for the iPhone, offering users access to the complete video library when connected via Wi-Fi - that's some 46,000 videos at present. The free application will soon be expanded to include social features and personalisation options. Presumably the app refuses connections via 3G because the viewing experience could be compromised. Joost (iTunes link) ...

IntoMobile - Cell Phone News, Information, and Analysis —
