Chinese handset maker turns Nokia’s slider patent into reality

... doesn’t officially exists at the moment of this writing we can’t call this a clone. Sure, the Chinese handset maker may have infringed some of Nokia’s patents, but I’m sure the Finnish giant will pursue them if they find it necessary.
In the meantime, we’ve no idea where you can grab this phone in China nor how much it costs. If anyone of you guys and gals have an idea, we’re listening - please use the comments field bellow.

Es cierto que como Nokia aún no ha fabricado este móvil no podemos decir que se tarta efectivamente de un clon chino, otro más de la lista, pero bueno, ¿acaso es un homenaje entonces?, OK, no será un clon pero sí se trata de una copia que viola la patente presentada por la empresa finlandesa.
¿Le importará a Nokia? Bueno, no lo sabemos pero a los chinos seguro que les importa muy poco lo que puedan opinar los finlandeses.

... patent of a slider design mobile phone. The patent showed a camera bar mounted sideways at the top of the mobile handset and had a swivel functionality.
Well it appears that a Chinese manufacturer has taken that patent and obviously thinking it is a great idea, went right ahead and created it.
Not too sure what Nokia will do about it legal wise, but then let’s face it, its certainly not the first time the Chinese have ripped off a patent is it.
