Yes it is a real working PSP mobile phone. However, it is not anything official or anything like that. Some really talented guy managed to mod his PSP and integrated what appears to be a HAIER mobile phone with a touchscreen to the back of the PSP. It works, however you lose the UMD drive . Nice job! source
