Kingston Releases 64GB DataTraveler Flash Drive

My very first flash drive had a whopping 64MB of storage, which seemed pretty cool back when they were first coming out. When compared to this new 64GB DataTraveler drive, it seems downright puny. The drive comes in both 32GB and 64GB varieties and will set you back $69 and $129 respectively.

The price for this huge amount of storage it looking like it will be just $129.99 which isn’t bad at all. Speeds of reading and writing are 30MB/s and 8MB/s respectively. If those speeds can be sustained, EverythingUSB noted that it will take just 16 minutes to write an 8GB Iron Man running at 1080p resolution.
Next will be the 128GB versions, so look out for them soon
