... alleged infringement of digital camera patents, this relates to digital capture, data storage and compression. The lawsuit has asked for unspecified damages.
In both cases Kodak are seeking an injunction to stop LG and Samsung from imports and sales of the products. Samsung have said that they will “respond actively to these litigations.” Spansion are also looking to sue Samsung, and are asking for billions in damages, due to patent infringement of flash memory.
