Apple’s Steve Jobs: we’ve got some exciting new notebooks

Cell phones have now been silenced and people have got to their seats, as people sit down, they see Steve Jobs come to the stage.
Jobs has said good morning to all, he then said that everyone know that today is about notebooks, he added that Apple have some exciting new notebooks.
Tim Cook has taken to the stage and is talking about their old range at the moment, as well as going on to other topics, like Vista, that made the Audience laugh.

New Apple MacBook and NVIDIA GeForce 9400 M Chipset and GPU

The first hardware change is the graphics, Apple have added a new NVIDIA — the 9600M GT. This GPU has a 32 graphics core. You will have the choice of the 9400 as integrated graphics, or the 9600M for better graphic performance.
If choosing the 9400, the battery life will be about 5 hours; The 9600 GPU will offer you up to 4 hours of battery life.

New Generation MacBook: Like Pro but Smaller

... said that people have been asking for a metal enclosure, as well as a LED backlit display and a faster graphics.
Jobs thinks that Apple have figured a way how to bring this much wanted features to the new MacBook line.
So Apple have given us a new MacBook that has the same casing, they have given us that LED backlit display, oh yes and that cool looking glass trackpad. The new notebook seems to have the lot, all packed into that small casing.
