Finally, Engadget is doing their usual excellent job, but their page needs to be refreshed manually ...

2009 Macworld Keynote: Apple introduce iPhoto and iMovie 09

The other cool product is a new version of iMovie, Apple hope that the 09 version will be able to blow users away as they will all be able to use these new features. GarageBand 09 announced at Apple Keynote Live: Opposite of Rock Band

The app has a video of an instructor and has the fretboard of a guitar along the bottom of the app, the instructor then proceeds to teach you how to play. Engadget describes Garageband as the opposite of Rock Band. When you want to learn how to play a song, Apple has enlisted the help of artists to help you play, that feature is called “artists lessons.” Sting is just one artist as well as John Fogerty. Source
