... bricked Xbox 360s, Joystiq now confirms that Microsoft has officially axed the “coffin” policy. In lieu of that, Microsoft will provide gamers with an e-label to put on whatever box they use to send their RRod Xbox 360 in for repairs.
The boys at Joystiq offer an insightful piece of advice on the matter suggesting you send it in whatever you’ve got and keeping the custom-fit box that MS sends your fixed Xbox in because you’ll probably need it again. I second that.
