The whisper is that this Mio smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm 3.5G chipset, incorporate a 3.2 megapixel camera, and come preloaded with Mitac’s self developed “Sprint” touch interface.
The word also is that Mio will launch this new smartphone ahead of Garmin’s much delayed nuvifone. While other news has Mio scheduling to launch a GPS MID before Q1 of 09 is out with 3G and Windows CE OS.
