All three frequencies will be supported: 2.3GHz, 2.5 GHz, and 3.5 GHz, although it was not clear whether each dongle could be used worldwide. Pricing for the new Motorola USBw 100 dongle will be set by the various operators, who will likely offer it as part of a service plan. It is expected to be out by Q4 2008. Source
