... The guys over at MacRumors unearthed the Apple patent which points to enabling simple finger gestures such as swipes left and right for basic function control of text editing.
There also appears to be other swipes outlined such as a right swipe for a space, swipe left to delete a character, and a down swipe acting as a return key. Not too sure if Apple is actually contemplating this Swipe Gestures for their Apple iPhone as yet, but we will see what comes.
