Tech Ticker — ... for Toshiba’s latest 32GB NAND Flash innovation. It’s the largest density NAND flash chip produced and is fully complied with eMMC and eSD standards. Eight 4GB NAND chips sit on this memory which are fabricated with 43nm process technology. There’s also a fully integrated controller to overpower NAND applications for better efficiency.
