... . Look closer. These kicks have D-pads printed around them. Look even closer. See the “Start” button? It doesn’t look anything like the one on the controller, though it’s trying very hard to. Definitely a cool design, but is it cooler than Hennessy’s Cognac Kicks ? Absolutely not. Not even close. There is no way Nike shoes modeled after an NES will get you half the recognition high-tops with a Hennessy logo on it would. Plus, everyone respects high-tops. Link [ via ]
