Gizmo Watch — ... The machine is built by a group of researchers at the Technische Universität Berlin and requires users to think about moving their arms. It hardly takes half an hour for the user to get acclimatised to the game without the use of arms. This system stakes its claim as the fastest (although we beg to differ) with the lags falling between 600 millisecond and one second range.
