Leaked Sony Ericsson Rachel Android User Interface Video
Tech Blog —
... Rachel pictures, it's only fitting that a leaked video of its Android-powered UI surfaces. This phone is speculated to boast "a Snapdragon processor, an 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus, and 3D acceleration." Video after the break.
It also appears to be heavily oriented to social networks like Facebook and Twitter. I like it enough to make me want to ditch my iPhone - if it had equivalent apps to the ones I use, that is.

By comparison, we know very little about the Kiki. The images look rendered, which always sets the alarm bells ringing, but according to the site that outed it originally, the handset has a glass screen, with images 'projected' onto it to create some sort of image depth. Aside from that, we know very little, but we do know minimalist cool when we see it - and the Kiki has it by the bucket load.

... this slider aside from the fact that the screen can be viewed from both the back and the front. Why would you need something like that? Who knows. LG has already been getting in on the whole transperancy gimmick, but we’ll probably see a few more manufacturers give the idea a try, even if it’s just to cash in on the novelty value. The Kiki is a neat idea, if nothing else - we’ll just have to keep our ears open for some specifications.

... — but Sonny Ericcson’s new “Rachel” Android device and it’s UI.
Hot on the heels of the HTC Hero’s Sense UI, it’s again showing the power and flexibility of Google’s other OS.
