As for pricing and availability, the TG01 is expected to be released first in Europe during this summer, however the pricing has not yet been announced.

Unfortunately, the phone is backed by Windows Mobile 6.1, but much like HTC, it has been skinned with a proprietary UI that looks just ok. Video below

... It is also probably the thinnest out there measuring only 9.9mm thick.
The hardware specs of this new phone are pretty impressive: HSDPA 3G network support, A-GPS receiver for location based applications, Wi-Fi, and another first in the field - a 1GHz processor: the Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD2850.
We’d love to see this device running Android but it doesn’t - at least until a dedicated hacker with some time gets their hands on the TG01.

The Toshiba TG01 offers up a 4.1 inch WVGA touchscreen, is 9.9mm thick, a custom Toshiba 3D GUL, HSDPA data, WiFi, GPS and a microSD expansion slot.
The TG01 doesn’t have an accelerometer but rather what Toshiba call a “G sensor” which enables the TG01 to tilt around a central area, and the user will use a virtual trackpad which appears on the screen.
