According to Yoichi Wada, president of Square Enix, it appears that Nintendo is planning on modernizing the Wii by adding HD (high definition) capabilities similar to that present on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. In addition to this, the Wii will also receive a new motion controller.
Sounds great, unfortunately it looks like we’ll have to wait until 2011 before it becomes commercially available.
