Now Nvidia has announced their Tegra 600 Series SoC that claims to give MIDs, Android support and HD playback up to 1080p, which the carriers could subsidize at around $99.
In addition to these features, a Tegra enabled MID gives days of use between charges, Wi-Fi, 3G and support for different OSes.
