Nokia to acquire OZ Communications

With more than 5.5 million monthly paid users, OZ's solutions have been deployed by mobile operators on a wide array of mobile device platforms. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter 2008.
