Unfortunately, the Dot netbook’s expected market price of around $584 wouldn’t really pull that much traction especially in the already saturated netbook market. But for Packard Bell fans, the Dot netbook might generate some excitement and eventually sales as well starting November when the netbook is released.

Available in Europe come November, the dot will be priced at around €399 ($584) with Windows XP Home. A 3G module is apparently on the cards too, but no pricing details have been given.
