The Packard Bell dot and is built around a full install of Windows XP, powered by an Intel Atom and sports WiFi, along optional 3G wireless. A 6-cell battery provides power on the go for this €399 netbook. The European launch is slated for November and there isn’t any word ’bout U.S. availability yet.
