Chapter 2 came out about a month ago, and the whole thing should be done by August. I’m curious to see a chapter on location-based services, since recent surveys have shown app developers in that field aren’t interested at all in webOS. Until the book gets out, you can hit up Safari to provide your feedback on the manual, and maybe even shape the final product.
