First Samsung Android phone spotted?

OK now.. don’t laugh ok? (I say this because I found myself laughing at this snapshot too). Heh.. What we have here is a supposed still image (presumably shot from a distance?) of a Android-based Samsung handset courtesy of the Netherlands website – GSM Helpdesk. Specs are scarce at this time but the website did have this to say:
Candybar style handset (pretty obvious from the picture)
Capacitive touch-screen display
Built-in webcam with either a 3.2 or 5 megapixel resolution
528MHz processor of some sort on the inside
microSD card slot
Quad-band GSM ...
